Javed sb, one of the real problems is illiteracy and injustice.
i remind you of your suggestion about education. Army should take care of education. They should work with civilian professors. They can get money by selling their alloted land in Islamabad.
Army can also take control of Police and judiciary as well. They can simplify the police and judiciary system.
This can be for 10-20 years. In this time Army will make sure there is one syllabus for all Pakistan. Exam on one time. Checking control etc.
The judges wont be afraid and will give correct decisions in time. Public will see the criminals being prosecuted as well.

A realistic and common analysis. But the suggestions are impossible to implement. We are living in fools paradise and expecting that this powerful mafia will surrender its power volunteerily and help in developing system and institutions of the country. They will compromise on there powers and benifits? Plz ask yourself is it possible?
My very thoughts that Army should take over the education and police training… has been reflected by @Rao!!! Also compulsory national training should be introduced for young people…. at least the ones who are not fortunate enough to afford education. Something needs to be done to harness the immense wealth of human resource in Pakistan. Politicians have been tried and tested over and over..but they appear to have very thick skins as far as common sense is concerned. Democracy is all very well but it is certainly not going to succeed in countries where there is mass illiteracy. Even those sitting in the Parliaments appear to have descended from the JAHILIYAT era… with leaders like these what hope and scope does this nation have?? We must turn this corner with great deal of caution otherwise we can end up like AFGHANISTAN. I see absolutely no difference between the outlook of the Afghan Tribal leaders & War Lords and Pakistan’s politicians!!! Pakistan needs to be saved from the clutches of these vultures!!!
