We all need speey and transparent justice. How can we get that? Lets analyse.
Our Judges don’t do quick and transparent justice because they have two types of fear.
1. Transfers to far areas, wages and benefits will be reduced or stopped.
2. Life threat to them or their family members.
Transfers and money matters should be under judiciary itself , not the government.
We can request Pak army to give residence and facilities to our judges in Army cants equal to their status.
Judges should be asked how much minimum to maximum time they need to decide a case. Lets suggest if they say 3-6 months. Then they should be bound to it. No case should take longer than that.
What we see is a dates (taareekhain) in cases. Some of the reason for getting dates (tareekh) are Judge, advocates from both sides can be not well, holiday, transfers, elections duties, judiciary duties, strikes, meetings, busy in higher courts and ………
It should be stopped. We should have speedy justice.
1. The court language should be simple.
2. The court staff should scan the case documents and upload it to its website with free access to everyone. This way we can see whats happening in any case.
3. The courts should charge the party on wrong side of the case when the case is decided.
This is the only thing that can bring any country to progress.
Please add suggestions as you are more informed.

Please do a public programme (no politicians)on this. Raise public voice on it. Bring on duty or Retired judges, advocates on this issue. Do the programme in open air with real people.
Good article…I agree with you that all that our good for nothing elite rulers are bent upon sinking Pakistan… and you rightly said that they will go and live happily ever after on some “Island in the Sun” with their immense ill gotten wealth and never look back. I wish that those sitting in high office would read it and learn some lessons more than that I wish the common men and women in Pakistan would cultivate more awareness and not get entrapped by the smooth talking corrupt leadership.
