Dear Ch. Sb !
I would like to say thanks to you for providing us a solution based approach to resolve the issue.
Change originates from our innerselves, So i am happy that you are struggling for the same like many other good brains of Pakistan.
In the developed world and a true democracy the state exists for the welfare of it’s people… But in the third world countries and Pakistan it is the opposite. Pakistan is still a colony …before 1947 the British Raj siphoned the wealth of this land and now it is the ruling class that is pilfering and transferring the assets of the nation into foreign countries. At least the British invested some of the wealth to develop the roads and railway… Alas! Now a days it is one flick and the money is in foreign countries.
Pakistanis are very complacent and very laid back… I do not think that they have it in them grasp the reality that they are still slaves… Only the colour of the Master has changed. Besides I really doubt if Pakistanis would have stood up and fought for freedom during the British Raj. History tells us that a lot of Feudal Lords of Punjab were actually against the concept of Pakistan. Hence Jinnah had to appease them and that is the reason that the feudal system is still going strong and it is this very sector that is sucking the blood of this nation. Pakistanis have to do some very serious thinking and make up their minds which road they want to take. Your article is excellent as always but alas.. No one is listening.. Aur ye qaum yun he zip at aur ghulami ke zindagi guzarti challi jayae ge. Ye hukmaran is qaum ko aesae he bechtae rahaen ge kabhi Amreeka ke aagae aur kabhi Hindustan ke aagae!! In ke personal position aur ayyashion maen to koi khalal naheen parrtaa. Qaum agar jaagae ge nahin to ye yaqeenan apni azaadi hamaesha ke liyae kho bethae
Sorry to be forecasting such doom and gloom but unless people pull themselves together and demand and stand up for their rights.. the country will slide into oblivion. Pakistan is a well off country with adequate resources but the state lacks the will to solve the nation’s problems. Solving the energy crisis is not rocket science!!! But there seems to be no will and no intent!!

You have posted in this column quite inaccurate information.I refer to you this link …http://inhabitat.com/paris-amsterdam-high-speed-rail-line-powered-by-two-miles-of-solar-panels/….
It is impossible to generate 3300 MW of electricity from 16000 solar panels as mentioned in your column
The installation at the 2 mile long tunnel did cost 20 milion $ but is capable of only producing 3.3 MW.
Therefore all your calculations and formulas for rescuing Pakistan from its energy crisis, in 500 words column, stand void.
The problem does not have such a simple solution as you have suggested and Its easier said than done.
In fact you have misguided over 0.3 million fans you have got on your facebook pages by disseminating wrong information.
I request you to properly inquire any news or event you paste in your writings.
